Project Description: This video, made with Vyond, is an introduction for a larger training module on Behavioral Interviewing and serves as a high-level overview for concepts covered in the training.

Problem Statement: The requesting department lacked sufficient training and standardization of practices for leaders on how to interview resulting in high employee turn over and individuals being hired who lacked the desired skill set.

Learning Objectives: By the end of this video, learners will be able to

• Define Behavioral Interviewing

• Identify a behavioral interview question

Learner Outcomes: Leaders are able to implement behavioral interviewing practices before, during, and after an interview.
